Hi,

On production it's works, but not in local development, could you please tell me how to enable the scheduler every minute please?

You need to manually run the command: artisan schedule:work
Depending on your setup you might need to run: ./sail artisan schedule:work
If you want to stop the sheduler just terminate it with Ctrl + C

You mean every minute to simulate the cronjob? Or just one time and it's start an internal script every minute?

The artisan schedule:run is for cronjob usage (needs to be called every minute; we use this in the docker container for produktion); the schedule:work is calling itself (just start and stop when needed)
