If a CIDR block translates into a single IP, move it into its respective IP list. This would include any CIDR block ending in /32.
For IPv6, this would look like ffff:ffff::/32, and translate to the format ffff:ffff:0:0:0:0:0:0, though ffff:ffff:: need be all that's recorded.
