Android Client project

The current android client is outdated mainly since SwellRT's main project has been ported to gradle build system.

Suggested pending tasks are:

[ ] Generate shared dependencies package with the shared classes between SwellRT main project and Android client. This was achived in the SwellRT version with ant build system. (To check project history)
[ ] Decide to integrate the Android client project in the main project or keep it separated.
[ ] Test and fix HTTP/Webscket part of the Android client. An assesment of thread model is required.
