（电脑是win11）全屏看视频时，任务栏会隐藏，查词时就会导致任务栏弹出，影响使用体验。望解决。

经过测试，在使用 Chrome 等浏览器全屏看视频时，点击 OhSubtitle 会导致 Windows11 的任务栏被唤起。
该问题似乎是由 Windows11 的状态栏 Bug 引起的，目前还未找到合适的解决方案，我会持续关注此问题，同时希望了解此 Bug 的朋友们能伸出援手，非常感谢。
