Recordings are in very low quality

When I listen to the recordings made from this app, I find that the sound quality is awful… I know I don't have that bad of a microphone, so my guess is that something could be done from the app side…

Btw, since there is a settings section, we might benefit from adding audio recording settings at a later point. I've seen other apps giving settings for choosing:

• the microphone
• the sampling rate
• the encoder
• the output format
