Atom material ui theme, tooltip headers using the 'thin' font weight #9

Currently the material ui theme has the plugin tooltip pick up the 'thin' font weight for the headers. Ideally if we could use a heavy font weight it should improve the aesthetics of the tooltip for this theme.
