extDB3 SQF Functions

@extDB3 also comes along with some sqf helper functions.
@extDB3 will only execute a single function + callExtension at startup extDB3_fnc_preInit
There are more helper functions coming soon. You can use these, or you use your own implementations.
Torndeco is the ONLY creator of extDB3.
This repository is only for archiving and maintain this project.
