🚀 Feature Request

📝 Description

The Create New Story Event tool should have more guidance. As it stands, when creating a new story event in the Create New Story Event Dialogue, the Time field is blank, and hitting the arrows does nothing. This might confuse the user.

✨ Describe the solution you'd like

The Create New Story Event tool should have more guidance, such as beginning with a 0 in the Time field and maybe a description on top saying "The Story Event will be placed on the Timeline, which begins from 0. If this is the first event in your story, it would start at 0, and the following event could start at 1 if it follows the event in time."

✍️ Describe alternatives you've considered

As it stands, when the Time slot is 0, and hitting the up and down arrows does nothing, this might confuse a user not familiar with the Timeline tool. They might get frustrated and cancel it if they don't get to hit 0.
