Inconsitent Pinned Symbols in Scene Orange Circles after Rename

✍️ Description

When two symbols have been renamed after being pinned in a scene, they appear renamed in the Symbols in Scene tab, but only until unpinning one and repinning it do the orange circles appear around them.

🔬 Minimal Reproduction

1. Create a project
2. Create a Scene
3. Right-click the scene and click "Track Symbols"
4. Selec Pin Symbol > Create New Symbol and Theme
5. Name the first symbol "Reactive" and create new Theme "Serpent."
6. Create a new symbol called "Enemy" and select Existing Theme > "Serpent"
7. Open the Themes tab > "Serpents"
8. Right-click "Reactive" and rename to "Instinct."
9. Right-click "Enemy" and rename to "Danger."
10. Reopen the Symbols in Scene tab.

Expected Result

I expected to see the two symbols still with orange circles around them.

Actual Result

The two pinned symbols did not have orange circles. This is remedied by unpinning one symbol, and then the other symbol has the orange circle appear. Repinning the unpinned symbol will then give it the orange circle as well.
