Inconsistency in Windows sleep settings? #63

While implementing OIB in our Test Environment, we noticed that our Laptops lost their ability to go into standby.
The causative policy seems to be: Win - OIB - Device Security - U - Power and Device Lock - v3.2
There are two settings that disable standby:

- Allow standby states (S1-S3) when sleeping (on battery): Disabled
- Allow standby states (S1-S3) when sleeping (plugged in): Disabled

Contradicting, there are settings that let the device sleep after 600 seconds.

- Specify the system sleep timeout (on battery): Enabled
- Specify the system sleep timeout (plugged in): Enabled
- System Sleep Timeout (seconds): 600

We are unsure if this is an oversight or by intention.
Can somebody elaborate, why this is suggested the way it is? Thanks a lot!
