Our apiExpansion has skin_name but uses getSkinIdOfPlayer which only return the skin id

1.- Good suggestion in the new version, now I can't know if a player changed his skin through his name necessarily with a UUID you get the data.
2.- I can not get the name of the skin of the player through his name necessarily is through the UUID.
