Is Unicorn supporting Sitecore 10.3? If not, any plan to upgrade Unicorn to support Sitecore 10.3?

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't function as normal on 10.3. Are you experiencing any difficulty?

We are using it on 10.3 and had not trouble with it, so far...

with 10.3 i m getting items duplicated in content tree. any thing im missing here or need to do any config settings?
