Lamp mode: all ON (both sides)

Lamp mode has both sides ON (display and flashlight) in order to use smartphone as an outdoor tent lamp.

So if it's about adding a feature that opens the "BrightDisplayActivity" activity in addition to turning on the flash at the same time, I think I can do it.

Just by doing this if the "bright_display_btn" button is long pressed then we run the flash plus activity, and if it is pressed normal, it opens the activity without the flash.

In order to have the flash light on one side and the screen light on the other.

That way no need to add a new button with it, so as not to modify the interface
