This is a test to check if SimVascular GitHub can access and push containers to DockerHub

  • I created a docker container that build the svFSIplus solver
  • modified the dockerfiles to be more efficient in building
  • added a workflow file that builds the docker container for svFSIplus and push it to the simvascular dockerhub repository

Current situation

Currently we only have containers for scientific libraries, to set the environment for building the solver.

Release Notes

The dockerfile is added and it will be built into an image via workflow file. The container will have svFSIplus already built in it, ready to be run.

Code of Conduct & Contributing Guidelines

* modified the dockerfiles to be more efficient in building
* added a workflow file that builds the docker container for svFSIplus and push it to the simvascular dockerhub repository
