Automatic new folder creation with last Month name

Hello, i tried to implement the code from this disscussion (#333) into my template, but if I use the template nothing happens. The task is to create a new folder with the last Month as name, if an new month starts.
Following is my code:

Any ideas why? I changed the DD in "DD" but that was not the Problem. Found it... If I test It i should change the < into >...

PS: I opend a new discussion because the other discussion is 2,5 Years old...
