Add A Secret Block

Its a block that stores a credential that the user specifies on demand that can be consumed by other blocks.

Don't worry about encrypting its outputs yet, just add a warning to the description that it can have its output unintentionally logged. We will fix this as part of the agent details encryption goals in the Security Project
