AutoGPT-Code-Ability - AutoGPT Server Block builder

With the recent changes to the main AutoGPT it wouldn't be a terrible idea to have the autogpt coding agent built out to specifically support the building of blocks / specific user guide written for it to encourage the less technical users in the community to try building blocks.

This seems like a logical next step to keep the projects related, the coder would benefit from reading existing code and taking coding guidance from existing projects to enhance and build them out, this could initially be done to build the AutoGPT blocks and read from the existing blocks and then further built out for analysing and enhancing any exiting projects.
