Can you include the new authentication with session tokens?

When the new authentication is released in July, I wonder can it be included in this sample app?

I was looking for an example of authentication using session keys has not yet added to sample Django app too and came upon this repo.
It may be useful for maintainers or anybody else willing add this process to this sample app.
