Upgrading CLI loses track of hydrogen project

I did notice this line in the 2024.4.2 upgrade which is one of the fixes I'm after..but I can't figure out why/how I'm losing awareness of the hydrogen project

The h2 upgrade command should update your dependency to @shopify/[email protected] for the 2024.4.2 release (source).

Did you change the ^3.58.0 → ^3.60.1 versions manually? If so, please choose 3.59.2 for now.

Also, make sure your @shopify/cli-hydrogen dependency is listed in dependencies and not in devDependencies. There has been an inadvertent change in the main @shopify/cli and it is now a requirement to have it there -- I think this should be fixed if you use the h2 upgrade command as well instead of updating manually.

I don't think it matters but we still list it in dependencies together with @shopify/cli-hydrogen.
