Expected behavior

I am trying to start up my local development server as I usually do. Pull from the development site using the 'shopify theme pull -l' command, and then starting my local server by running the 'shopify theme:dev' command.

Actual behavior

For both commands, I got this error:

Reproduction steps

If you simply use the theme:dev or pull -l cli commands, but I'm not sure what caused the errors to show up instead of the normal command flow. I started receiving the error one day, with no code changes either.
