Add message before the Scratch VM

There should be a comment prefacing the Scratch VM that says something along the lines of

You fool! Were you expecting something readable here? The Scratch VM here has been bundled and minified from this repository (project): https://github.com/SheepTester/scratch-vm/ (a fork of LLK/scratch-vm). You would be a fool to try to edit this manually.

Also, I should probably include the license since it says
