Swiss tiebreaker "TB" column can indicate impossible results during a bracket

During January Low Ink, I noticed that at the end of some rounds, the standings had results that seemed impossible. It worked itself out by the end of the last round, which is good, but I think this will affect how matches are assigned during the tournament so it probably still matters (also it's confusing to see).

Example: I took this screenshot during round 5, before anyone had finished a set. I don't have a screenshot from before we started round 5, so I don't know offhand if it was there between the rounds. As you can see, Celestial has a -1 in their TB column despite a 4-0 record, and Los Inklings, Fruit Salad, and Arrows of Gale all have -2 despite 3-1 records. None of these can be possibly correct!

Again, the final standings don't seem to have this problem (thank goodness!); I spot-checked a bunch of the 4-2 teams with a -2 tiebreaker, etc, and they all looked correct to me.
