Refactor model classes to remove distinction of BaseModel, Pipeline and Model, in favour of just model

Currently there is a distinction between pipeline and model, but as we have extended the development, the line has become blurred betweed Modle and PIpeline, primarily as both ahve the same functionality. Hence, this issue should focus on refactoring to remove the distinction and just have a top level Model class.
