[Bug]: Improve persist of everything-alpha

Possible Solution

In addition to the currently stored configuration, everything-alpha also provides an empty file called NO_ALPHA_INSTANCE (need to be created manually by the user) to disable the Everything 1.5a instance and a folder called plugins to store user-installed plug-ins.

Hopefully they can be added to the persist.

In addition to the plugins folder and NO_ALPHA_INSTANCE file mentioned above, I also found that after adding Omit Filter, there will be an additional configuration file Omit Results.csv in the installation folder.
