Organizations in SPARC MIS

I see organization, nonprofit and institution as classes in the MIS. We don't seem to be using organization. I suggest that we clean this up and conform to what we use in NIF/SciCrunch.

The meaning of these are coming directly from ror, not from us and I don't want to get into the habit of aligning fields that have clear meaning defined by other systems unless absolutely necessary. Maybe it would be sufficient to note that those predicates in a more formal way than as editor notes as I do now.
