0.10.4: GUI hang on long disconnect #18

GUI connected to CLI via API on same machine.
whirlpool-cli running in background
deactivated wifi for about an hour then reconnected
GUI became unresposive to logout/stop requests
after closing wallet was failing to open giving the v2 onion error
restarting computer fixed issue and mix counts reset
