"special" char deleted #247

"special" char deleted

if i download a mail with these charachters "òàùéì" (and many more i think), these characters are deleted from body

If a bug, list steps to reproduce bugs.

send a mail like 'ciào' in html format,
downloading it and calling $email->message->html->__toString()
the result will be 'cio'

If a bug, did you do these steps?
