Automatic deck builder for Clan Wars

The current deck builder is a great start but it doesn't take into account the card levels and that is crucial specially in higher leagues.

A good solution would be an automatic deck builder where you can select the minimum level of your cards and it would create 4 decks based on winrate/meta/top1000 or the parameter you guys consider the best. This would really improve performance of players in clan wars cause you would know you have the best possible decks with the cards you have available.
