Spawner reset on top of note block #95

I found out that placing any spawner on top of a note block turns the spawner into a default pig one. This happens unless you have the permission *

Using RoseStacker v1.5.10 on Purpur 1.18.2 build 1632

EDIT:
Looks like its coming from the 1.18 paper fork, I cannot reproduce this bug on 1.20
