Misplacement of favorite icons in dock

In Ubuntu 21.10, when this extension is running any time a favorite icon is attempted to be dragged to a new position in the dock it either places the icon all the way at the start or end of the dock. I suspect it somehow is getting confused about positioning on the screen given this extension reorients how the virtual desktops are positioned. Disabling this extension allows for correct dragging and dropping of favorite icons in the dock to new positions.

Steps to recreate issue: have either extensions "Ubuntu Dock", "Floating Dock", or "Dock from Dash" as well as "Vertical Overview" running. Then create/have favorited icons in the dock. Try dragging a favorite icon to a new position in the dock and observe how it does not go to the intended new position.
