Mismatching Hash Error for Metaphor: Refantazio

I'm trying to download some mods for the game. However, I'm running into a mismatch hash issue.

As far as I can tell, I'm placing it on the correct location ("METAPHOR/METAPHOR.exe"). I have an official Steam copy (with all of the DLC purchased).
