You'll need all of them as stated.

There are 3 locations

• %localappdata%\Reloaded-Mod-Loader-II (contains image cache)
• %appdata%\Reloaded-Mod-Loader-II (contains user profile)
• Desktop/Reloaded-II (application, all mods, configs etc.)

Generally just deleting the last is sufficient but you can also delete the other two to reclaim some disk space.
