how to build the scalapack on windows #36

hello
there are two questions I want to consult.

how to buid the scalapack on the windows 10 with cmake?

I have tried to build by cmake with msmpi and mingw(or VS2019), but all the results failed.
I have down the Prebuilt libraries from http://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-for-windows/scalapack/index.html, but cannot run the example with the libraries.

where is the user guide about how to use the scalapack on windows?
