Garagedoor opener with ESP-01 Relais Modul MEPLHAA Script?

Hello, can someone help me with the MEPLHAA Script for a Garagedoor opener with a ESP-01 Relais Modul.
I want to have following:
The Relais is connected to GPIO 0 (default) I want to connect a DS18B20 at GPIO1 to check the temperature in the garage and a magnet contact ar GPIO 2 to check if garage is closed.
The Relais should be configured as a push button (e.g. 1 second) the opening duration is about 20 seconds

it would be great if some has a similar setup and can support me.

I found a configuration that works I general:

the problem is, the relay is always energised, that means, the nc connector ist open, and the no connector is closed.
That means after rebooting the switch is always sending a singal to the garage door and it opens.

I don't know why the configuration does not work, the relays should be down after rebooting.
