I've successfully installed the git filter-repo tool onto my machine. But now I'm running into an error I'm unsure how to resolve and having no luck finding any resources to fix the issue. See my screenshot below (I cropped the commit ref) :

It seems like I'm on the right track, but will need to do more research to resolve this error message. Noting, when I add the suggested argument (--reencode=[yes|no]), git returns an "unrecognized argument".
