Quick summary

when you start the game or resume the game the cutscene will play out. if you skip the cutscene the game will instantly crash without fail. sometimes you will be able to get into the game but will end up with the same crash 5 seconds after

it has something to do with the FIFO?

of course since its a crash the PS3 will never do this for this game it will play fine.
