Hello, first of all thank you for this insane work
I'm working on huge cohorts of bacterial cytometry analysis. I've worked for quite sometime now with your suit and other and I didn't find a way to export plot in a light manner.
I usually have GatingSet of 400 samples and I like to export pdf of my gatings and store them for later. The pdf can weight up to 100 Mo with pseudo color type plots, I might ligth them up using dotplots but I really like the pseudocolor visualization.

I didn't find this topic in the issues.
Thanks for your help and have a nice day
Rémy
