How to file a helpful issue

Qubes OS release

R4.2

Brief summary

Clicking "+ADD" button in the rules part of the global config tool (file access is an example, but similar probably applies to others too) scrolls to the top of that section. If there are many rules already, this hides the section for adding the rule.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add several rules to the file access section - enough to need to scroll them
  2. Click "+ADD" button

Expected behavior

The new rule section remains on the screen

Actual behavior

One must scroll down to fill the new rule details
