I am getting file write error (fsync) after 99% completion with Pi Imager

There are several SD card suppliers. When looking closely, they all have different sizes.
In other words, they don't have exactly 32 GByte storage; some have a few KB more then others.
The Pi Imager (and balenaEtcher) expect the SD card to be 32 GByte or more.
If you, by accident, have a SD card a few KB smaller than the one we use, you get these kind of errors.
Please use a larger SD. You could use a 64 GB card and use Gpart to increase the partition.
BTW, we try to use the 'smallest' card when we publish an image.

I canceled verification feature in Pi imager as it was causing the error. Just booted. Very happy
