We need an optimiser. What's the point of importing gears to sit on? Optimise them, dammit. This can be a release of its own, so if the amount of accumulated changes is sufficient we can push this one to v0.3.

  • Build the Prydwen-recommend rules
  • Mimic in-game optmiser
  • Mimic Epic Seven's optimiser
