PG Updates As Intended, Hosts Do Not

Leave empty for no password, keep in mind that the feed and the audio files will still be accessible no matter if a password is set or not

Expected behavior
Scheduled episodes should appear on my website and also on the podcast services I aggregate it out to.

Actual behavior
Schedules episodes appear on the website, but no where else unless I visit the episode details page via the PG admin section.

How to reproduce
I schedule an episode to go live once a week, it does not go live anywhere other than my website.

I setup a cron job to run

"http://www.jasonsgroovemachine.com/electricleftovers/pg-cron.php?key=********"

and it did not update the hosts.

If I go and physically look at the episode in the admin panel, were I'd go to change the episode name, description, date, etc. and just save changes without actually changing anything, it updates the hosts almost immediately.
