"Drop Shadow" effect

Simple as it sounds, it adds a customizable drop shadow to a selected object (e.g. Text, or a small image on a layer above other layers). I believe this functionality is in Paint.NET by default these days but I'm more familiar with the plugin version which is mostly the same. When it's selected from the Effects menu, this customization box pops up:

Something similar to this in Pinta would be absolutely lovely! I've been really enjoying my time using it so far and found it overwhelmingly a better experience in many little ways that it's pretty much sorted as a replacement for it. It's just this functionality and Object Align which recently became a full issue that stops me moving to it completely, I'd say.
