For some reason, hints need to be maxed at 2.5 fps and freeze when trying to loop a gif.

Seriously if anyone can fix this I would appreciate it, because I have no idea what the issue is. I know it's something to do with hints but I'm not really sure what, because the same code works on intercom but not hints.
