Just found another dataset on CoT trained specifically on OpenAI models
https://github.com/kojima-takeshi188/zero_shot_cot/tree/main/dataset

It came from a paper in 2022 https://arxiv.org/abs/2205.11916 which shows promising improvement on various benchmarks!
