Right now, it's rather difficult to reason about site build performance.

How much time soupault spent running different preprocessors?
How much time it spent running different widgets?
How many times widgets were called on pages where they didn't have any useful work (and thus those pages could be safely excluded)?

The first two points are easy to implement as it, the last one requires more work.
