What's up?

In #5063, I described how to make the Dev Container run fast enough on Apple Silicon computers (turn on Rosetta setting.) I factored out the following question from the original report:

My question: This seems to indicate that the Dev Container has x86 code in it. How can I track that down, and find replacements using arm64 code where it's available? (I've done that with other Docker containers that use components that can provide x86 or arm64 code.)
