Yes, I have a todo item for myself to look into nimsuggest v3. NimLSP doesn't really use nimsuggest in that way, but the current implementation is based on v2, so there are probably some things which could be ported to NimLSP as well.

I still have it on my todo, along with a bunch of other stuff. If you'd like to give it a go yourself feel free. Hopefully I'll get around to it before nimsuggest v4 though
