Muddle 55 Interpreter, Compiler, and Assembler from Source

While we have a working Muddle 55 interpreter, compiler, and assembler, these are original binaries created back in the "old days" and retrieved from backup tapes.

Attempts to recreate these from source have so far been unsuccessful. This ticket is for work required to get these created from source.

Note: Yes, you can assembler the Muddle 55 interpreter from source, but it doesn't work with the pure library, package system, and library system correctly.
