Muddle 56 Compiler and Assembler

While we have the Muddle compiler and assembler working fine for MDL 55, we do not have these for MDL 56. While you can compile programs/packages/libraries with the MDL 55 compiler and assembler, and load these into MDL 56, it would be good to get a native MDL 56 compiler and assembler.
