Specifying application path in config yaml

Is there a way we can use it along with melos. can we add a path param in config yaml file specifying the path of the application code?

I don't really know what melos is. Can you give some info, example repo, or such for my better understanding.

Melos is used to manage multiple packages and apps under one configuration, it allows to write scripts to run across all the packages and apps that it manages.If we get an option to rename the package of different apps by specifying their path it would be great...
